The painted lady is an ideal buy for plant enthusiasts with attractive foliage and unique petioles. It's moderately easy to care for, requiring bright indirect light, high humidity, warm temperatures, and relatively moist soil. This philodendron can grow 2-5 feet tall and spread 12-16 inches wide. But when placed in any low-light room, it's a slow grower that you can expect to enjoy for years to come.

Keep in mind that these are living plants. We always try to ship out all plants without any damage to their leaves and pick the healthiest one for you, and we also properly label each package so that the postal service is encouraged to handle it with love! However, minimal amounts of damage during shipping are very common, dropping yellow leaves/damaged leaves is a normal occurrence. We can truly only guarantee that the plant will be alive upon arrival with a healthy root system in place, but we always pack the plants safely to prevent any damage.

We do not issue REFUNDS + RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS for plant orders - but please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any questions or concerns. We completely understand the excitement of receiving a plant in the mail. We also understand the disappointment of receiving something that is not what you anticipated. We do our best to make sure the plants we provide are happy and healthy, however if something is not what you pictured then of course, please feel free to contact us.

❀ Make sure to open your package immediately and provide an appropriate amount of water and light. It is normal for the soil to be dry and leaves to be limp, your new little plant friend will just need some time and lovin' to adjust to its new environment. Remember: Plants grow and change so even if a leaf or two arrives with some damage they will put out new ones! That is the beauty of nature!
